To facilitate delivery, we share your contact and address details only with the specific vendor you purchased from and our logistics partners. We never sell your data to third-party advertisers.
As a marketplace, returns are accepted if the part is defective, wrongly described by the vendor, or incorrect for your VIN. "Change of mind" returns are subject to the individual vendor's approval.
We provide unified logistics for all vendors on our platform to ensure a consistent experience for you.
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the status is "Processing." Once the vendor has handed the item to our courier, it is considered dispatched.
Occasionally, a vendor may report an item out of stock. In this case, AutoSpareLink will notify you immediately and issue a 100% refund plus a discount voucher for your next purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes between buyers and vendors that cannot be settled via our support team will be mediated by AutoSpareLink Legal.
